Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests, by welcoming and warmly greeting guests on arrival. Manage the efficient and timely seating of our guests to a table that best serves their wishes.
Requirements and Skills
Minimum of 1 year of hosting experience preferred but not required in upscale or high-end restaurant
Professional, friendly, reliable and must have a clean self-image
Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours; bend, push, pull, lift up to 30 lbs.
Guest-oriented and service-minded
Must exhibit an excellent service attitude and be willing to go out their way to accommodate any needs and exceed expectations
Must show enthusiasm, be considerate, patient and willing to help out fellow co-workers
