Requirements/Skills/Attitude

• Minimum of 1 year of serving experience preferred but not required in upscale or high-end restaurant

• Professional, articulate, friendly, reliable and must have a clean self-image

• Possesses and exhibits the drive to provide exceptional service

• Able to recite menus with proficiency

• Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours; bend, push, pull, lift up to 30 lbs.

• Able to work in a rapid pace environment while maintaining attention to detail and ability to multi-task

• Guest-oriented and service-minded

• Must exhibit an excellent service attitude and be willing to go out their way to accommodate any needs and exceed expectations

• Must show enthusiasm, be considerate, patient and willing to help out fellow co-workers
